Really great read
I laughed, I cried and thoroughly enjoyed this book. Have already bought book two. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a good read whilst in holiday.
Preslie is a nurse with an unhinged ex-boyfriend that wants to kill her. Miles is a cop that gets injured on the job and then finds out his wife wants a divorce. Preslie and Miles find themselves thrown together when both of their lives are in turmoil but soon realize that they might have just found their perfect match!Honestly, Miles is perfect. He's kind and understanding. He's a caregiver and provider. He loves his job and his kids. Preslie is a well rounded woman who doesn't need a man but would love to be in love. I enjoyed them separately and as a couple. The supporting cast is a good addition to their story and doesn't detract from it at all. Their relationship grows naturally and I really loved it.I would recommend this book to anyone who like a solid, well written contemporary romance.
Not a bad story but the multiple POV’s got a little confusing. Characters are good but with a little more development they’d be really great. Overall I enjoyed this title and will definitely read the rest of the series.
I read this book within 2 days. Loved the story, loved that the book just didn't finished when the main story was sorted it carried on abit more in to the two main characters story line. Can't wait to read the next one
