My best friend’s sister was off limits; until the day she sauntered into my classroom.
She’s looking to perfect her candy making skills.

I’m looking to teach her all the best ways to use chocolate, none of which include how to properly line a candy mold.

She’ll discover what it really means to temper chocolate when I stir her up and light her body on fire.

She’s doesn’t know it, but she was mine the moment she set foot in my kitchen.

The man card series is a collection of short stories that are full of steamy romance. You're guaranteed that perfect happy ending and a cupboard full of sweets from all the cravings.

This book can be read as a standalone.

Heat Level: Steamy Romance, Open-Door Romance

Chocolate chocolate

Wow! Who doesn’t love chocolate? And having such a sexy chef teaching you too. A real HEA love story too.

Okay as Man Candy goes, but is Rylee THAT stupid??

SPOILERS AHEAD!This is really a short story. Come on! Anything less than a hundred pages via Kindle is DEFINITELY a short story! The modern day time period is predictable and too saccharin for my tastes. The look-back-in-time seems so unrealistic. Yes, I know that by the legal letter of the law, it was statutory rape, but in many states, even one or two years above absolute eighteen is iffy for prosecution, depending on the strength of the case, whether or not we're dealing with badder issues resulting in real "I definitely said NO!" rape, and whether or not the DA thinks s/he has a case. But really, now! I would have to agree that the writer may have had to spell things out a little more clearly because this is such a shady subject to begin with, and whether or not the writer wanted to be politically correct. For those who need to be warned, well, there is it. You might have problems with it and whether or not everyone is a mature adult at the age of eighteen. (For some people in my life, I'm still waiting, and it's been years!!) I don't have a problem with this because obviously, it has nothing to do with the storyline, and it certainly didn't bother the author. Now if Rylee had been any less than a Tanner State Five and couldn't pass the GED with decent studying time, then I would have a problem.I'm not buying Rylee being that dense to not be able to temper chocolate. Totally unrealistic. I wish there had been more realistic reasons for Weston NOT calling her. After all, his dad was über-rich and could had made it way easy for Wes to call stateside any time he wanted to. But guys, even at a Tanner Stage Five aren't mature enough for relationships, so perhaps Rylee's conclusion at the end of the book is valid. For those who just need a just a few whiffs of decent chocolate, this isn't a bad book. I could think of better storylines that could be more compelling, but that's just my preferences. If you want to read it, KU it. See if you like her writing skills and styles. I don't think I'd repeat-read it, though. One chance at this chocolate box is enough as I really shouldn't have asked for more.

The Chocolatier

This was about second chances and chocolate. They have a past. They went to school together with her brother. He left to go to Paris for culinary training. Now five years later he is back. But is it for a short time? What about their feelings for each other?

Good story but....

....It only took two meetings five years after last setting eyes on Weston for Rylee to fall back into his bed. Short story that rushed to the HEA.
